2. Install « MUI Update » and « MUI HotFix » from the « .\Windows XP Operating System » folder.
3. Install the component language packs from the root folder for the Windows XP components that are installed on your computer.
4. Change the language in « START MENU -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages » and then Logout/Login or restart your computer for the new setting to take effect.
